When & Where will the WTA Brisbane International 2024 be Played?
The Queensland Tennis Centre in Tennyson, which is a southern suburb of Brisbane will play host to the WTA International this season.
This competition will begin on December 29, 2023 with its qualifying rounds with the first round matches expected to be played from Sunday, December 31, 2023. The Brisbane International 2024 will go on till Sunday, January 7 when the final will be played.

The WTA Brisbane International hasn’t been played since 2020 which was its last edition. Having come into the 2020 WTA Brisbane as the defending champion, Karolina Pliskova made it two titles in a row by overcoming Madison Keys in the final 6-4, 4-6, 7-5.
This was after Pliskova had gone on to defeat Naomi Osaka in the semifinal, having saved a match-point in the match. Keys had edged out Petra Kvitova in her semifinal.
The top seeded Ash Barty was knocked out in the very first match she played, losing the second round match to American qualifier Jennifer Brady. This was after Brady had also stunned Maria Sharapova in her opener.
