Australian Open 2024 Prize Money

The total prize money on offer is A$86,500,000 which is an increase of 13.07% over the last season’s prize money.

For years one of the known issues in tennis is the lack of earning for players ranked outside of the top 100. The 2024 Australian Open has tried to correct that by focussing on increased revenues towards the qualifying rounds in singles and the initial rounds in the singles and doubles draw.

As such, most of the 13.07% increase in the tournament match fee has gone to those players who don’t make it past those early stages.

Here’s how much the players will earn this season. Please remember all the money is in Australian Dollars.
