Andy Murray v John Isner

Andy Murray has shown enough form in recent times to start off as a favourite. On the other hand, John Isner has had a struggle on his hands which was evident from his first round struggles against the little-known Enzo Couacaud in which he needed five sets to come through.

There’s one other record that tilts this match in Murray’s favour, their head to head.

While they last faced off in 2016, Murray leads Isner 8-0 on head to head and that’s something he would want to build on, especially against an otherwise-struggling American.

Backing Murray to win but for Isner to pull off either a set or to take at least two of the sets into a tie-breaker.

Tip: Murray to win AND Both players to win a set: 6/4 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Cameron Norrie v Jaume Munar

Cameron Norrie started off this tournament in solid form and one can only expect things to improve from here on, especially against players who have traditionally struggled on grass.

While Norrie might have lost to Jaume Munar the last time they faced off, things have turned around drastically for the Brit since then. No doubting the improvement that Norrie has shown in this period.

Munar, on the other hand, has only just won his maiden match on grass, and while that was a surprise victory over Thiago Monteiro, overcoming Norrie would be a different kettle of fish. Expect an easy road for Norrie.

Tip: Norrie to win in straight sets: 4/5 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Casper Ruud v Ugo Humbert

It was a difficult start for both these players, but more so for Ugo Humbert who needed five sets to come through. To put it mildly, it was a disappointing performance from the Frenchman while Ruud, who has never done too well on grass in his short career, did what he could to make round two.

Ruud, with that hard-fought but straight-set win over Albert Ramos-Vinolas, can be expected to make marginal improvements in his play and more so against struggling players.

Which is why we are happy to back Ruud to come through in this one.

Tip: Ruud to win: 4/6 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
