Coco Gauff v Martina Trevisan

A rematch of their Roland Garros clash earlier today and a chance for Trevisan to avenge that loss. It most likely won’t happen because Gauff is by far the better player on hard courts but it should be an exciting one. Their clash at Roland Garros was pretty good delivering some drama as well.

Gauff took issue with the vocality of Trevisan whose grunts were pretty long as Gauff pointed out ‘excessive’. Nonetheless, the young American went on to have a great season after that with Trevisan largely struggling to live up to the same level.

The biggest problem for Trevisan in that match was her inability to create chances for herself to hit a winner as Gauff was on every ball. She didn’t have enough power to counter that and that’s going to be a similar problem. If her serve lets her down this will be very simple for Gauff.

Tip: Gauff to Win 2-0: 3/5  (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Madison Keys v Victoria Azarenka

Both of these players played well in the previous round but Keys actually won the match while Azarenka advanced after a retirement. The conditions and the court favour both of them as they both have a solid serve and like to attack. Azarenka made a career of counter-punching which these courts allow and reward.

Keys has been in good shape demonstrating a high degree of confidence in San Diego last week and it’s translating here. A huge push late could see her in the WTA Finals next week and that’s something that’s certainly motivating her.

Azarenka won both of their previous matchups but doesn’t have to mean much. The nature of their playstyles makes it possible for Keys to win this one if she plays as well as she can. And I do think she will be able to do it as she tries to make it to Forth Worth next week.

Tip: Keys to Win: 4/5 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Sebastian Korda v Karen Khachanov

A very interesting one awaits in Antwerp as Sebastian Korda takes on Karen Khachanov. Korda has been playing amazing tennis last week in Gijon and it came with him to Belgium. He faces a player that quietly put together the best season he has had in years and expect Khachanov to prove a problem here.

Both are more than capable of winning this match and they place once this year not too long ago. In Cincinnati Korda claimed a straight-sets win with Khchanov winning a 5-set thriller at Wimbledon last year. One thing to consider as well is fatigue.

Korda played a lot of tennis already and he was pushed to three sets in that first-round encounter already showing some signs of fatigue. Khachanov should be fresher in this one and I do think it will matter because once Korda losses focus he is very vulnerable.

Tip: Khachanov to win: 6/7 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
