Novak Djokovic v Sebastian Korda

Novak Djokovic is the clear favourite to win this match but a lot of that will depend on how his leg is feeling. The Serbian picked up a minor injury against Medvedev and it seemed to bother his movement a bit albeit a massage and some pills handled that well.

He might feel it in this match but he might also not. If he doesn’t there is very little Korda can do to hurt him. Djokovic is serving really well at this event, he’s returning really well and that might a problem for Korda. Djokovic is also playing a bit more aggressively which again is a problem for Korda.

The American will need a perfect performance to take this one home but it’s unlikely he can do that. He’s played really well so far but Djokovic is on another level. If he really is bothered by the injury that everything changes. I sitll think he would win but with more struggle.

Tip: Three sets in the match: 6/4 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Coco Gauff v Rebeka Masarova

Coco Gauff is going to play her first final since Roland Garros of last year and it’s a really good chance for her to start 2023 with a trophy. Gauff needs trophies as she’s been an established player for a while but she doesn’t have a full trophy cabinet.

This is a matchup she should win rather comfortably. Masarova is having a dream week and is playing really well but Gauff has all the tools to defeat the Spanish player. Gauff has played like Masarova in the past so she knows what to expect.

They haven’t played before so that might help Masarova a bit and I do think she’ll keep it competitive. As great as Gauff is, she is prone to complicate matches that she should not really complicate. The over on the games seems like a good idea.

Tip: Over 20.5 games: 5/6 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Aryna Sabalenka v Linda Noskova

A very similar matchup to the one above as we have an experienced player who won trophies against an up-and-coming player that is playing in the first final of her career. Similar to Makarova, Noskova is too having a dream week albeit her wins are very impressive.

She took down some amazing tennis players in the past few days and it’s not crazy to think that she could take down Sabalenka in the final as well. It’s their first meeting so that might favour Noskova a little bit as she can surprise players with her clean game.

I do think we’ll see a very close match because it’s a final after all. Neither of these players arrived in the final by chance and Noskova has certainly looked like a professional this past week. Expect this one to be a close one and we recommend three sets in the match.
