When & Where will the ATP Acapulco Open 2024 be Played?

The 2024 Acapulco Open will be hosted by Arena GNP Seguros in Acapulco, Mexico where it was shifted to in 2022. This hardcourt competition will kick-start with its qualifiers on Saturday, February 24 and will go on till Sunday, March 3.

What Happened at the Previous ATP Acapulco Open?

With the defending champion Rafael Nadal opting not to participate in the 2023 Mexican Open and top seeded Carlos Alcaraz withdrawing from the tournament at the 11th hour, it was left to the others to tussle among themselves for this title.

And it was the eighth seeded Alex de Minaur who clinched the trophy when he defeated the seventh seeded Tommy Paul in a three-setter in the final.

De Minaur had earlier come back from being a set down to overpower Holger Rune in the semifinal as well.
