Radu Albot v Yannick Hanfmann Head to Head
Both the men have never met ATP Tour level however there has been one previous encounter between the two. The now world number 76 Albot defeated the now world number 102 Hanfmann at the Braunschweig challenger in 2017 despite losing the opening set.

Albot needed three sets to knock down his opponent after winning the opening set. The all-round stats were decent for the Moldovan but he gave away too many breakpoint opportunities to his opponent. Albot did save nine out of 11 breakpoints, showing his confidence under pressure.

Hanfmann Hoping to End his Run of Losses
Hanfmann is having a tough time getting some wins on the tour. The recent losses came at the Australian tour where Hanfmann lost both opening matches at the Great Ocean Road Open and the Australian Open.
However, it’s been a good start for the German at the Singapore Tennis Open with the 29-year old winning his first-round encounter against the Australian James Duckworth.
It was a clean win for Hanfmann, one of his best in recent times. Pretty clean striking of the ball earning him 10 breakpoints opportunities and grabbing seven of them. Six aces and a very high percentages of the serves.

The first match between the two players, the higher-ranked player must be the favorite. Albot is been playing well and has a title to his name and a decent run on the Australian tour. On the other hand, Hanfmann’s form has been a bit iffy.
