Kamila Rakhimova v Caroline Garcia Head to Head
The pair have never played each other before. This will be the first match between Rakhimova, who is 20, and Garcia, eight years her senior.

This is Rakhimova’s second grass court tournament of the year.
And just by qualifying for the main draw in Bad Homburg she has done better than she managed in Berlin where she failed to progress to the competition itself.
However, having breezed past Xin Yun Han of China, she caused a minor upset by defeating compatriot Liudmila Samsonova, the world number 47, and the number eight seed.
Rakhimova began badly and was broken in the opening game of the match. However, a sequence of three games against serve in the middle of the set saw her get back on level terms again, before it eventually went to a tie-break.
Again she was the first to drop her serve but then went a mini-break up. Three set points came and went her way, but she finally converted the fourth one.
Samsonova then dropped her serve at the start of the second set, and that proved to be decisive. She never seriously threatened to recover the break, and, although she saved three match points, the fourth proved beyond her.

Garcia Maintains 100% Record Against Sasnovich
Garcia met another of Rakhimova’s compatriots, Aliaksandra Sasnovich, in the first round, a woman whom she had beaten in their four previous meetings, although none of them, had been on grass.
Initially, though, it looked like Sasnovich was going to get the better of her this time, two successive breaks allowing her to take the first set.
However, Sasnovich dropped her opening service game of the second set and that proved to be a turning point, the Frenchwoman consolidating her advantage to level the match.
And she broke Sasnovich again at the start of the third set. From there all Garcia had to do was hold her own serve, something she managed without any great difficulty.
Rakhimova v Garcia Prediction and Tip
Rakhimova has sone well to get this far, but Garcia has considerably more experience than her, having been in Grand Slam finals in doubles, and she will be looking to make that count.
