Karolina Pliskova v Katie Boulter

This is a repeat of the contest that was held about a week or so ago in Eastbourne. And out there, it had been Boulter who had taken down Pliskova in three sets to march into the third round.

Pliskova, however, might not have been firing all cylinders there, using the competition as a tune-up to Wimbledon. Boulter, on the other hand, is probably at a stage where each win counts for something so her objective from that encounter would have been a different one.

Here, at Wimbledon, Pliskova was tested early by Tereza Martincova but at the same time, with the quality of her opponent being how it was, it came as no surprise. She still has the serve for grass and if she gets that correct, expecting her to trump Boulter here and come through.

Probably in three sets if you want to go for a high-risk bet.

Tip: Pliskova to win: 1/2 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Alex de Minaur v Jack Draper

Jack Draper will have the backing of the crowd and with a maiden win at Wimbledon under his belt, there will be confidence coming into this one.

With the above combination be enough to test out his Aussie opponent? We don’t think so.

That’s because Alex de Minaur has speed on his side along with his general playstyle that should make it a lot tougher for Draper. A really off day for de Minaur could have made it tougher for him in a best-of-three scenario but in a five-set encounter, backing de Minaur to win this.

That said, Draper could scalp a set out of this.

Tip: De Minaur to win AND Both players to win a set: 8/5 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Elena Rybakina v Bianca Andreescu

This is expected to be a keen tussle between a former US Open winner and a former world number 12. Neither player is close to her best, but in this case, Andreescu is showing signs of slowly getting back to her best with her fitness issues hopefully behind her.

Andreescu did not have the toughest of opponents to start things off in her opener but she did what she needed to do – managing a 6-1, 6-3 win over Emina Bektas. That came after her finals appearance in Bad Homburg last week.

Rybakina’s win over Coco Vandeweghe should have been a lot easier than the 7-6 (2), 7-5 she finally did, which could also have its roots in her struggles on grass this year. Which is why Andreescu has the edge heading into this and we back the Canadian to win this.

Tip: Andreescu to win: 8/11 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
