Andrey Rublev v Adrian Mannarino Head to Head
There have been two previous meetings between these two players, which have both come in Moscow. Rublev won the 2019 ATP Moscow final while Mannarino had his revenge in 2021 in the round of 16.

Continuing to pay no regard to his opponents, Rublev registered his second straightforward victory of the tournament when he routed Zhizhen Zhang in the second round.
Rublev won 6-3, 6-2 in little less than an hour to enter the quarterfinal where he will face a familiar foe.
Having ousted Laslo Djere in similar fashion, Rublev endured three break-points in the encounter and saved all of them while breaking his opponent three times from the four chances he got.
It was Rublev’s first serve numbers – he earned 83% of the first serve points to his opponent’s 57% – that turned the tide in his favour.

Mannarino Makes it Two Shocks in a Row
It’s been a bit of an up and down season for Mannarino as he entered this tournament on the back of a title victory in Winston-Salem and a three-match losing streak post that.
Here, again, Mannarino has managed to find a winning rhythm and sent two favourites packing.
He started off with a comeback-from-behind win over Stan Wawrinka in the first round despite starting out a 11/10 underdog in the encounter. And in the second round, Mannarino did something similar against David Goffin.
Down a set, Mannarino came back to squeak past his opponent 3-6, 6-1, 7-5 in two hours and 16 minutes.
