Taylor Fritz v Jannik Sinner

Taylor Fritz won this event last year and he’s cruising to yet another final this year. The American is enjoying some of the best days in his tennis career being ranked number 5 in the world and just playing really solid. It’s not his best tennis but being able to win without your best tennis is a vital skill in tennis.

Sinner on the other hand is playing superb tennis right now. The Italian made his way into the quarter-final quietly but he’s playing really well, one of the best players at the event so far. They played once in Indian Wells and Fritz won that one in 2021.

It’s actually the only time they played and they both improved since then. Sinner has been pretty spectacular this year with 15 wins but so has Fritz with 18 in total. It’s really close and very hard to pick a winner but I think we might see three sets.

I kind of expect it considering the high level from both players and the slower courts favouring some momentum swings. Take the over, seems like the best option.

Tip: Over 23.5 games in the match: 1/1 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Iga Swiatek v Sorana Cirstea

Out of nowhere Cirstea will contest a quarter-final in Indian Wells and it’s her best result at the event ever. This came out of nowhere as she has a really solid 8-6 score right now but most of those wins came at this event. In the weeks prior, Cirstea looked all over the place not really close to this level.

Despite being really solid at this event with a few decent wins, her level is still quite a bit below that of Swiatek. It’s just the reality of the situation but then again only Aryna Sabalenka and maybe Elena Rybakina are playing on the level of Swiatek right now.

The Polish player will likely win this match and quite convincingly so even though their only clash so far was rather close. It happened at the 2021 Australian Open and Cirstea pushed Swiatek to three sets in that one.

I don’t see that happening here because Swiatek is a much better player since then and the conditions suit her well. She’s also the defending champion so take her to win, convincingly. It’s risky but there is very little value in playing anything else.

Tip:  Games Handicap Swiatek -6.5: 1/1 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Carlos Alcaraz v Felix Auger-Aliassime

Alcaraz and Auger-Aliassime played a few times in their young careers already and interestingly enough the Canadian is leading 2-0. Their first match at the 2021 US Open was won by the Canadian due to retirement by Alcaraz.

The next two were played indoors where Alcaraz seems to be the most vulnerable overall and both were played last year. Auger-Aliassime is really good indoors so the wins can be explained however be prepared for the Spaniard to be motivated.

He’ll want to win this one badly and he’s likely to due to a few reasons. First of all the conditions seems to suit him a bit better and he’s played better than Auger so far. The Canadian really struggled in a few matches here and I don’t see him improving dramatically.

I actually think Alcaraz will win in straight sets because he’s just a better player right now. It’s my opinion and the risk is high but I think he can get it done.

Tip: Alcaraz to win in straight sets: 8/5 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
