Cameron Norrie v Francisco Cerundolo Head to Head
There have been two previous meetings between these two with both having come on clay. Norrie won the first at this very tournament last year but Cerundolo avenged that defeat with a Monte-Carlo Masters win this season.

It took Norrie an hour and 53 minutes but he managed to carve out a win in the end over a tricky opponent in the form of Sebastian Baez in his quarterfinal.
The Brit looked to have made an excellent start to the match when he broke Baez in the very second game and then wrapped up the set with another break in the eighth game. But just when everything was going to script, Norrie lost his serve in the first game of the second set and then again in the seventh game.
Baez served it out the very next game to level the proceedings.
Norrie, who had routed David Goffin in the previous round, then stalled Baez’s fairy-tale run by breaking him two more times in the final set to clinch his place in the semis.

Cerundolo Takes His Time Against Draper
A quarterfinalist at the Rome Masters last week, Cerundolo continued with his good form as he prevented an all-British semifinal. The Argentine overcame Jack Draper in a hard-fought three-setter to clinch his place in the last four.
Cerundolo was on court for two hours and 32 minutes and needed to come back from a set down to pocket the victory. He won 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 to make it to the last four.
What stood out in the encounter was the 15 breaking opportunities that Cerundolo had in the entire match, of which he managed to convert just three. He lost his own serve twice too.
This follows Cerundolo’s previous round victory over Juan Pablo Varillas after his opponent retired from the encounter following the first set. Can the Argentine now come up with a solid performance against an opponent ranked 14 places ahead of him too?
