Sebastian Korda v Benjamin Bonzi Head to Head
They have faced off twice, once on the Challenger level and the other time last year in Estoril with Korda winning them both.

Since making it to the semifinal of the Queen’s Club competition earlier this year, Korda hasn’t done too well at the highest level.
A quarterfinalist at the Australian Open in January, Korda enters this tournament on the back of just one win from his previous six matches. This includes that semifinal defeat in Queen’s, after which all of Jiri Vesely, Alexander Shevchenko, Aleksandar Vukic and Borna Coric have gotten the better of him.
And that’s why despite starting out a 1/3 favourite with bet365 in this encounter, there will be question-marks over his chances.
Korda does have a 9-5 win-loss record on hardcourt surfaces this year which gives him some hope of a turnaround. More so because he is up against a player who has had to resort to taking part on the Challenger circuit to get back to his winning ways again.

Bonzi Thwarts Muller
Despite starting out as an 11/10 underdog (with bet365) after a string of poor results, Bonzi managed to eke out a straight-set win over Alexandre Muller and make it to the second round of this competition.
Bonzi, who had last won a main draw match in a hardcourt competition in February this year and went on to claim just two more victories on any other surface too, defeated Muller 6-4, 6-4 to make it to the next stage.
In a match lasting an hour and 32 minutes, Bonzi overcame a 1-4 deficit in the first set to break his opponent twice and clinch the set. In the second, Bonzi broke again in the first game and from that point onward, lost just six points on serve to seal the victory.
This follows his quarterfinal appearance in this tournament last year after having started off as one of the seeded players. This time around he is not even ranked in the top 100.
Korda v Bonzi Prediction and Tip
Korda has a good chance to overcome his struggling opponent here but one must quickly add here that he has himself not had much of a form going his way. Expecting this to turn out to be a keen tussle.
