Nuno Borges v Mikhail Kukushkin Head to Head
This will be the first match between the 26 year old Portuguese, and the Kazakh, who is nine years his senior.

Borges has taken over as Portuguese number one from Joao Sousa who held the position for a number of years.
He owes his rise to prominence to the Challenger tour, where he has appeared in ten finals over the past two and a half years, winning two of them this year.
And in 2022, he reached his first senior final in doubles on home turf in Estoril.
However, his form has dipped since reaching the second round in Nottingham back in June, and he has not won an ATP match since, although he did enjoy success for Portugal in the Davis Cup.
His latest defeat came in Chengdu last week, where he was beaten in three sets by the Australia qualifier Philip Sekulic, the world number 325.

Kukushkin Gets Astana Wildcard
The days when Kukushkin was a top 40 player and one who was regularly in title contention are now long gone, with more than four years since his last ATP final.
He did, however, reach the final of a Challenger event in Italy, last November.
Nevertheless, he is a grateful recipient of a wildcard in Astana for what will be his first main draw appearance this year.
It will not be the first time he has played in the city in 2023, however.
Two months ago he participated in a Challenger event here, reaching the quarter finals on that occasion.
Borges v Kukushkin Prediction and Tip
This is a tough match to call, given Borges’ recent poor form and the rarity of Kukushkin’s main draw appearances these days.
The Portuguese, though, has youth on his side, and that may just make the difference.
