Stefanos Tsitsipas v Felix Auger-Aliassime Head to Head
There have been six previous meetings between these two players and Tsitsipas leads 4-2 on head to head. Two of these matches have come earlier this year with Tsitsipas winning both – at Acapulco and Barcelona.
In fact, Tsitsipas has won four in a row against Felix Auger-Aliassime after losing in their first two meetings.

Tsitsipas Edges Past Sonego
After a first round bye and dominating Sebastian Korda in the second, Tsitsipas was stretched to three sets in his third round win against Lorenzo Sonego.
However, in the end, Tsitsipas used up nearly two and a half hours to battle past Sonego and set up this quarterfinal berth against Auger-Aliassime. Tsitsipas won 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 to advance.
Both players saved break-points in the first set to take it to 5-5 but just when the tie-breaker seemed to be looming, Tsitsipas dropped his serve and Sonego served out the set.
Stung by the shock loss, Tsitsipas came back to first save three break-points and then break Sonego in the very second game of the second set, and then repeated the dose in the first set of the decider.
Sonego was forced to save six break-points after that but never got an opportunity to regain his break back and fell in three.

Auger-Aliassime Continues to Defy Odds
After an expected opening round victory over Marton Fucsovics, Auger-Aliassime has had to face two opponents, both of whom went into those matches as a favourite.
And both times, the Canadian has managed to pull through and carve out victories to reach this quarterfinal.
In the second round, Auger-Aliassime overcame a first tie-breaker loss to win in three against Karen Khachanov. More importantly then against the world number eight, Matteo Berrettini, Auger-Aliassime came through 6-3, 6-4 to set up this meeting against Tsitsipas.
Auger-Aliassime’s showing here comes on the back of a solid grass court swing but after having lost his opener at Toronto last week. Can he now test Tsitsipas and end his four-match losing streak against the Greek?
