Shuai Zhang v Kristina Mladenovic Head to Head
.The pair have played each other seven times before, and Mladenovic leads their head-to-head series by four matches to three.
Zhang won their first meeting in a junior event in 2011, but the Frenchwoman claimed the next four.
Zhang, though, won both of their matches last year, in Nottingham, and in Angers.

Zhang is the current number one Chinese player, although, like her opponent, her greatest successes have come on the doubles court, winning the ladies title at the Australian Open in 2019, and the US Open last year.
However, she has a better record in singles than Mladenovic, appearing in four finals and winning on home soil in Guangzhou in 2013 and 2017.
Her best result of the year so far came at the Australian Open where she reached the third round before losing in straight sets to Elise Mertens.
Since then, she was beaten in the first round in St. Petersburg and failed to qualify for Dubai.
She did qualify for the Qatar Open but was well beaten in the first round in Doha by Aliaksandra Sasnovich of Belarus.

Multiple Doubles Champion Mladenovic
Mladenovic is best known as a doubles specialist and, last month, she added the Mixed Doubles title at the Australian Open to the seven Grand Slam titles she already held (five in ladies doubles and two in the mixed event).
She has been far less successful in singles, although she did win the St. Petersburg Trophy back in 2017.
This year she has only appeared in the main draw of a senior tournament once, and that was at the Australian Open where she was beaten in the first round. Since then, she has failed to qualify for St. Petersburg and, more recently, Dubai.
Zhang v Mladenovic Prediction and Tip
Although Mladenovic has home court advantage, she has yet to win a senior singles match all season and, against a woman who beat her twice last year, she will start as the clear underdog.
