The Spaniard has had a pretty stellar season so far with a title in Sydney International and numerous late-round appearances in big-ticket events like the Indian Wells, Miami Open, Charleston, and Stuttgart.

Burrage Cruising on Grass Form
World No. 169 Jodie Burrage has had a stellar time of late in England.
Although she has restricted herself mainly to the ITF circuit, the 23-year-old was a semifinalist in Surbiton and runner-up in Ilkley just last week.
Burrage was handed a wildcard for the main draw here and has certainly impressed in her opening match with Petra Martic. She pushed the veteran Croat to three sets and bagged the win with 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 – dishing out eight aces and maintaining a rather subpar 61% first service win rate.
Before this, Jodie’s last WTA event was in Nottingham where she lost to Shuai Zhang in the second round after upsetting Lin Zhu in the opener.
Badosa v Burrage Prediction and Tip
Badosa is the clear favourite here but it may not be an easy win for her. Burrage has the benefit of home support and momentum on the surface while Badosa will need to rely on her superior tour experience.
