Nick Kyrgios v Alejandro Davidovich Fokina

The run that Nick Kyrigos had finally stopped in Montreal as Hubert Hurkacz took advantage of some back discomfort the Australian had. It was an impressive run that showcased how well Kyrgios is playing this year as well as how motivated and serious he is about it.

The 30-8 record on the year speaks for itself, the trophy in Washington is another proof and he’s just looking really strong. The serve works as well as ever, the groundstrokes are there, and he is mixing it up fairly well with some serve & volley as well. It’s just a perfect combo for these types of courts and it will keep going until the US Open.

His opponent is one that is certainly capable of very strong tennis but it was come out every once and a while. Davidovich Fokina plays his best tennis on clay courts and that’s where he feels most comfortable. He can play well on hard courts as well but his consistency is far less impressive in these conditions.

Hasn’t been a very good year for him with an 18-20 record and 4-7 on hard courts. The talent difference isn’t small either so expect Kyrgios to continue playing well and clinch and straight sets victory.

Tip: Kyrgios to win in straight sets: 1/2 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Serena Williams v Emma Raducanu

By the time Emma Raducanu was born, Williams was already a four-time grand slam champion fairly established as one of the best in the world. Many years later they will face in what might be one of the last matches Williams will ever play. It’s a fascinating matchup between two players that play quite similarly.

They like to attack and they do it fairly often with Raducanu a far better mover due to her younger matches. Still, Williams is not one to be discounted easily in this matchup as her ball striking looked sharper in Toronto than at Wimbledon. A natural progression would mean it’s even better now which could give Raducanu problems.

The Brit is playing inconsistent tennis at the moment allowing players quite a few chances. As Giorgi demonstrated last week, Rdaucanu doesn’t deal well with pressure and defends rather poorly in rallies. If you can jump on her early she’ll have a tough time.

This is the final Cincinnati event Williams will ever play and expect her to bring her best. I think it’s good enough to beat this Raducanu so that’s what we will recommend.

Tip: Serena to win: 11/10 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)

Coco Gauff v Marie Bouzkova

Not many players have played at the high-level Marie Bouzkova has played in recent months. The Czech player finally found her way on the Tour and it’s showing in a big way. Top 50 ranking with an incredible 35-11 score on the year. Most of that came on hard courts where she’s 26-7. Just an incredibly high level for a few months now.

Her game isn’t anything special but she will get a lot of balls back and it’s pretty tough to break her down. That’s quite similar to what Coco Gauff does but the American has cleaner shots and that gives her another dimension where she can win points with it.

Bouzkova rarely outhits her opponents but that’s her weakness. If you can outhit her on a consistent basis you’ll get the win. Gauff is certainly capable of that and she’s played very strong tennis recently. Most of the losses she had came against the top players in the world and Bouzkova is not there yet.

Playing at home gives Gauff the advantage but expect Bouzkova to make it really hard on her. We might see quite a few breaks and we might even see long sets. I think the American wins but there will be plenty of games played.

Tip: Gauff to win AND Over 20.5 games: 6/5 (Click Here to Bet with bet365)
