Marie Bouzkova v Alison Riske Head to Head
The pair have played each other once before, at Wimbledon just last month, Bouzkova winning easily in straight sets.

Bouzkova had a slice of fortune about the way she progressed to the second round in that she was trailing Coco Gauff in the first set of their match, when the American called for a trainer to look at a lower leg injury.
Gauff attempted to carry on but, by the time that Bouzkova had fought back to take the set, and was a game to the good in the second, the teenager decided to retire.
And that meant that Bouzkova, who won her home event in Prague at the end of July – the first senior WTA title of her career – was into the second round in Cincinnati for the second time in her career, after having come through two rounds of qualifying just to make the main draw.
Another win and she will have matched her previous best in WTA 1000 events this year, having reached the third round previously in Indian Wells and Madrid.

Riske Beats Spaniard in Straight Sets
Riske has now emulated her previous best in Cincinnati by reaching the second round, although in more than a decade of previous visits she has never been further.
She progressed this time with a straight sets’ win over the Spaniard Sara Sorribes-Tormo, the world number 48, that looked initially as if it would be very straightforward as the American raced through the first set for the loss of just one game.
The second set, though, proved more of a contest, and after three out of the first four games went against serve, Riske found herself a break down.
Sorribes-Tormo had the chance to serve for the set, but, unfortunately for her, was broken to love at the vital moment, and it went to a tie-break.
The American went a mini-break down, but then reeled off six points in a row to wrap up the match,
Bouzkova v Riske Prediction and Tip
Although she is the lower ranked of the pair, Bouzkova beat Riske easily at Wimbledon last month – on a surface that does not suit her natural game – and will have the belief she can do so again.
