Karen Khachanov v Maxime Cressy Head to Head
The pair have never played each other before. This will be the first match between the American, who is 25, and Khachanov, a year older.

Last week Cressy returned to action in Tel Aviv for the first time since having to retire from his first round match at the US Open with Marton Fuscovics of Hungary through injury.
Seeded four in Israel, he made the last eight before suffering a three set defeat to Constant Lestienne of France.
He reached the first final of his senior career back in January in Melbourne before losing to Rafael Nadal, A second occurred on the grass, of Eastbourne, and that again ended in defeat, this time at the hands of Taylor Fritz.
It was a case of third time lucky, though, at the Hall of Fame Open in Newport Beach in July, when he defeated Alexander Bublik to win his first ATP final.

US Open Semi-Finalist Khachanov
Khachanov will be playing his first match since his attempt to win the US Open ended at the semi-final stage, beaten by Casper Ruud in four sets. That was the climax of a run that included wins over both Pablo Carreno Busta and Nick Kyrgios in New York, two of the form men of the summer.
And, although he did not win it, he can take a great deal of satisfaction in what was his best showing in a Grand Slam to date.
Beaten in the final in Adelaide back in January, he went on to reach the fourth round of the French Open for the fourth time in five years, and there have been a string of quarter-final appearances to his name across the year.

If Khachanov can the same form that he demonstrated at the US Open, he will be confident of progressing to the second round in Astana.
