Emma Navarro is quickly establishing herself as one of the best clay players on Toru as the American somewhat grew up on the surface. Her family runs the Charleston Open which is played on clay and she’s been very good on it for a long time now.
Her record this year is 41-15 as the American is experiencing a proper breakout year. 31 of those wins came on clay where her overall record is 31-8 and it’s clear that she can play against the best on this surface. Her 1st round match was a comfortable win in two sets and many expect her to keep going.
Rosatello is not a player no her level and while more experienced in terms of years playing tennis, the Italian should struggle greatly.
An aggressive, strong tennis is the calling card of Navarro and expected a rather easy win from her in two sets.

Camilla Rosatello is not a top 100-ranked player, in fact, she’s not even ranked inside the top 300. Even so, the Italian very much liked like one when she demolished Viktorija Golubic in the opening round losing only two games in the whole match.
She played aggressive tennis and hit the ball really well which can present a danger to Navarro as well. If she brings the same level, we’ll have an interesting match but I don’t think she will. There is not much history to back that she can bring that level consistently.
Her record this year is 10-14 and while she has a respectable 9-9 on clay, most of those matches didn’t come against the best players in the world.
I highly doubt she can turn in another performance like the one she did against Golubic but technically there is the possibility that she might.
Navarro v Rosatello Prediction and Tip
Anything but a simple win for Navarro here would be a major surprise. The odds basically paint a very clear picture and there is not much value to be found. Under 19,5 is very risky as it’s clay but I can see it happening.
