He had a superb season last year, but World No. 13 Cameron Norrie hasn’t had an ideal start this year. The British left-hander is 0-4 this year and has’t won a match since his second-round win over Reilly Opelka at the Paris Masters.
Since his third round exit from the Paris Masters, he lost both his matches at the ATP Finals and carried the losing form to 2022. Norrie was defeated in all three of his matches at the ATP Cup and then made a first-round exit from the Australian Open after being handed a straight sets shellacking by Sebastian Korda.
The 26-year-old was a qualifier on his debut in Rotterdam last year, but fell in the second round to Karen Khachanov.
Norrie will be looking to recapture his last year’s form when he went 52-25, won his first two titles at Indian Wells and Los Cabos and finished runner-up of four more occasions.

Humbert Has Lost the Last Four
Ugo Humbert had a terrific start to the season as he upset Daniil Medvedev in his very first match at the ATP Cup, but since then the Frenchman has suffered four losses on the trot.
The world No. 40 lost to Matteo Berrettini and Alex de Minaur at the ATP Cup. He was then bundled out of the Australian Open by Richard Gasquet, who again proved to be Humbert’s nemesis in the opening round of the Montpellier Open.
The 23-year-old left-hander who claimed his third career title in Halle last year, lacked consistency throughout 2021, finishing with a 19-19 record.
In his second main draw appearance in Rotterdam, he will be looking to get his first victory. On his tournament debut last year, Humbert fell to Jeremy Chardy in the first round.
