Alejandro Tabilo v Federico Delbonis Head to Head
This will be the first career meeting between Alejandro Tabilo and Federico Delbonis.

Alejandro Tabilo was in danger of missing out on an automatic main draw spot. With an entry ranking of No. 103, he was spared from playing qualifying, which would have been the case with his current live ranking of No. 146.
Tabilo reached last year’s final in Cordoba – his first on the ATP Tour. He did so as a qualifier and without dropping a set. Among his list of victims was former World No. 8 Diego Schwartzman who he defeated in the semifinal.
The Chilean came close to living through that moment for a second time, reaching a quarterfinal in Munich last summer. But his form deteriorated in the second half of the campaign, failing to string back-to-back wins at any tournament he played from the start of May.
An arm injury he picked up in Mallorca most likely caused that woeful run of form considering that he missed over one month of competition from July.

Delbonis Stakes His Claim in Qualifying
Federico Delbonis made it into the main draw at the Cordoba Open thanks to his strong showing in qualifying over the weekend.
Delbonis won both his qualifying matches by parallel scorelines, beating Mariano Navone 7-5 6-1 in the first round, and then Thiago Agustin Tiranted 6-1 7-5 in the second round to book his spot in the main draw.
It’s been a welcome return to Tour-level tennis for Delbonis whose slump in the past two seasons has cost him significantly in terms of ranking.
His inability to win matches outside clay has greatly impacted his slump and unless he can find produce a fruitful Golden Swing, then he is unlikely to return to the Top 100 anytime soon.
Tabilo v Delbonis Prediction and Tip
